The Rifle Regimen is a signature component of a color guard clinic with Adam Albright. The regimen is a series of five exercises on rifle that helps your perfomers in these key areas:

 

• Spinning and Body Coordination

• Strength - development of wrists, arms, shoulders, and back

• Toss and catch technique

 

 

Students who follow through with the regimen - about twenty minutes per day - have been able to add a full rotation to their tosses in as little as two weeks.
